  • Identify behavioral, emotional, and thought patterns you engage in due to your trauma and work to identify and implement healthier patterns in these areas

  • Create a safe space where you can release all the anger, frustration, sadness, bitterness over having to fight these battles daily

  • Work together so you don’t have to fight these battles alone
