Free, 30 Day Journal to Greater Emotional Attunement

I remember sitting at my desk the day after Russia had invaded Ukraine. I was overwhelmed and scared by how this could happen in our modern world and was further struck by a school shooting in my hometown. Since then, there have been numerous other tragedies that have reinforced my overwhelm with the way I want our world to look and the vast difference between the way it currently does.

And I felt like I needed to do something. Not that I expect this journal to create rippling waves, but even small drops in the ocean that is our need for growth in certain areas of our lives is something that I will take. This journal is a combination of common practices I implement, common practices I walk my clients through, and powerful and relevant research from others that I feel needs to be known by more people. I include the works of Brene Brown, Glennon Doyle, Emily and Amelia Nogoski, and Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff.

Emotional attunement means helping you recognize, understand, and interact with your emotions. This journal will have you engage in practices that will increase your emotional vocabulary, create better attunement to your emotions, and increase your relationships and understanding of your emotional experiences.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, which can be found at the bottom of my Home page and Contact page, then this journal will head your way!

I look forward to journeying with you!
